·         Experienced, versatile and pro-active programme/project manager with a proven track record in managing and delivering strategic business performance improvement programmes/projects in Public Sector, Financial Services and Consumer Services.

 

·         Practical in-depth experience with formal methodologies and disciplines including PRINCE2 and MSProject for project management and SEI CMM Level 4 for software development.

 

·         Engagements have included Nationwide Building Society, Birmingham City Council, Citigroup Asset Management, Hackney LBC, HPI Equifax and DCS Group Plc.

 

·         Major technology projects have been managed in the J2EE, .NET and SAP/Oracle environments
