  • Overall Project Management using customised PRINCE2
  • Client liaison and Account Management including Main Board and operational executives
  • Management of onsite/offsite and offshore development resources – SEI CMM level 4 methods for Issue Management, Change Control, Quality Management

  • Incorporate “to be” business process requirements in software development
  • Design overall application architecture
  • Develop, test and assist in roll-out of web applications
